Return Policy

1. Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tallow & Honey. If you are not happy with your order, you may return any unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please contact us at sales@tallowedhoneybysunny.com to initiate the return process.

 

2. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

3. Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items:
